Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Times: Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane) typically take 2–5 business days. Regional areas can take 4–7 business days.
Coverage: We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

Change of Mind: We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unassembled, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind items.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a swift replacement or full refund at zero extra cost to you.
